1 CONSUMER INSIGHT
Before starting to design new concepts we carried out a research of consumer & customer needs and wants. Visting fairs, shop checking and creating user profiles helped us to analyse the needs & wants of our target groups.
DELIVERABLES; Moodboards with target group description & argumentation of the latest trends and technology.
2 STRATEGY
Our proposition was to create value by introducing one coherend – total concept. All products were designed to be part of one coherend collection called OBYECT.The different products fortify each other when placed next to each other. The consumer is therefore more facilitated during decision making and our customer became more visible in the shops.
DELIVERABLES; Evaluation of product opportunities in the market and defining design strategy. Argumentation by a strategy book with conceptual product – market proposition.
3 DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
After making a concrete list of products, their specifications and price positioning we started defining a list of demands to make sure all relevant aspects are covered. All selected concepts were being optimised taking into account functional & aesthetical needs, price optimisation and technical opportunities.
DELIVERABLES; Photo realistic representation of design, Preliminary CAD files of optimised concepts. Preliminary costpice calculation to achieve commercial and technical feasibility.
4 PRODUCTION CONSULT
All products are optimised by using 3d Engineering CAD tools. The first samples were evaluated according our quality specifications. After approval the preparation for production were made by a selected supplier.
DELIVERABLES; CAD files of engineered products. Definition of material and technical specifications. First sample quality report.
